Colour: pale yellow with green scents. Taste: fruity, elegant and persistent with a fresh and persistent taste.
Ageing: at the end of fermentation it is separated from the crude sediment and it ages on the fine sediment for 3 months, then it is stabilised and bottled. Ageing in bottle for 30-40 days
Grape variety: Verdeca 65%, Bianco D’Alessano 30%, Fiano 5%
Wine pairing: perfect with risotto, fish meals, soft cheeses, and white meat. Serving temperature of 10/12° C.
